Indicative Lending Terms

Loan Facility:From $3 million to $30 million
Term:Up to 24 months
Loan to Value Ratio:Up to 75% of value and cost
Interest Payments:Interest capitalised, part capitalised or 100% of cost
Security:First mortgage over the development
