With a strong focus on property investment and development funding, Grayson is renowned for his technical expertise and meticulous detail-oriented approach.
Prior to joining Spinnaker Capital Limited, Grayson gained valuable experience at one of New Zealand’s largest non-bank lenders, where he managed funding for some of the country’s top property developers and investors.
Grayson holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property from The University of Auckland, with a specialisation in property valuation and development.
